Girl, I took all sorts of classes while pregnant, and the only good information I got was on certain medications the hospital uses and post-partum stuff (like how to successfully breastfeed), but nothing that prepared me for labor, because I forgot it ALL when the time actually came, haha. You'll survive, I promise! :)
