need some help

does anyone perhaps know how to get rid of default eyes when just deleting the files doesn't work?

EDIT:
my old defaults are back  and my other eyes show up again. apparently deleting the cache files didn't work at all :/

Groups.cache & Accesoiry.cache in EA Games/Sims 2 ^^

oh those. I always have to delete groups.cache in order to start my game :) but i'll delete the accesory.cache as well when i play sims tomorrow.
