The Doctor has a new jacket. I am surprisingly UPSET at the lack of elbow patches. NEEDS MORE ELBOW PATCHES. What if he has no BOW TIE next series???

Emotional day at work today. I don't like floating to the Hematology/Oncology ward.

Bow ties are cool. I'm already planning my Eleventh Doctor Halloween costume. Which I will then be tempted to wear at many other times.

OMG WHY NO ELBOW PATCHES. MAYBE THAT'S THE MYSTERY OF THE EPISODE (what are they filming? Christmas Special?) "WHERE DID MY ELBOW PATCHES GO? CYBERMEN HAVE RETURNED... AND THEY STOLE MY ELBOW PATCHES! BUT THANKFULLY NOT MY BOWTIE." I would be okay with that.

LOL. I never even thought about that. I wonder what they call them in military hospitals...

"YOUR ELBOW PATCHES WILL BE ASSIMILATED!" I could get on board with that. But the bow tie has to stay. I love the bow tie. Bow ties are cool.

Hem/Onc and peds is the hardest, I think? But WOW, that is absolutely WONDERFUL NEWS about your brother!! AND! I didn't know it was your birthday--LATE HAPPY BIRFDAY.

Yeah. I work in a pediatric hospital, so... I love Pediatrics. It can be really hard, but I really like to avoid HemeOnc. When you add Peds and Oncology together, you get Liz crying on her way home from work.
