I think I need to forget the entirety of the last two episodes of Skins S4 in order to preserve my memories of how great the rest of the Gen 2 series was.

UGH. It WAY, WAY supercedes the Battlestar Galactica ending in sheer WTFery. I DON'T EVEN CARE IF THEY WERE TRYING TO BE EDGY. IT FAILED. There was no RESOLUTION for any of the characters. Even if they DID ______ Freddie, they never bothered to have any emotional RESOLUTION for any of his friends! It all just ENDED. And I didn't find any of the other characters endings satisfying either.

On the whole, I liked the 2nd Gen. The stories weren't as original or interesting as the first Gen, but the characters were really good and I got more emotionally involved with the Gen 2 characters. But Series 1/2 was definitely better.

I HONESTLY THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE A THREESOME ALSOOOOO. MY HOMOEROTIC HOMEBROS ARE MORE HOMOEROTIC THAN YOUR HOMEBROS, WORLD.

I did bot approve of seasons 3&4 at all. I MISSED TONY AND SID AND MAXXIE AND CHRIIIIIS.

The ending to season four was just the WORST. WTF? Whoever thought that up should be ASHAMED. (I looooove Freddie.)

And I agree with alex; THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEB A THREESOME.

I liked S3&4, but it had more to do with characters than storylines. Series 1&2 was way better and had much more original and interesting things happen to the characters. But I fell in love with the Gen 2 characters a bit. It probably helped that I was watching with my best friend who watched S3&4 first and was in love with Naomi and Emily.

BUT THE END. THE. END. I HATED IT SO MUCH. SO VERY MUCH. FLAMES. ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE. HE. HEAVING BREATHS. AUGH.

(I looooooved Freddie too! Fun sponge! And I cried buckets at his S4 episode and then.... WTF.)

AUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH I HAVE SO MUCH HATRED FOR THOSE EPISODES. SO MUCH. And the worst part is that it makes NO EFFING SENSE. I felt like it just threw away everything they'd built up over two whole seasons for no reason at all. Arrrrgh.

WHAT THE HELLLLLLL. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT???? Everything you said is exactly what I felt. It made no sense, it had no resolution, no closure for the characters I'd come to love (and fredddiiiiiiie wah) It was AWFULAWFULAWFUL.
