Huuuuge hat-tip to janedavitt for this one:

eBook site chock full of public domain goodness at Feedbooks (Feedbooks also has a commercial eBook side, as well). It's also easier to navigate than Project Gutenberg can sometimes be, although I see that some books to link back to Project Gutenberg.

They're not bad, though not always as good as they should be about acknowledging sources - some of the stuff they're saying is from Project Gutenberg actually comes from my site, for example. But never mind...

Whoops! I wasn't aware of that.

And here I was giving them credit (at least in my head) for acknowledging sources...

Edited to add: I'm such an airhead today. Comes from reading GMP docs, I swear. Your Website would be still ForgottenFutures, right?

Yes - don't worry about it, it's all stuff that's in the public domain, but when the only version of a particular illustration happens to be the same scan of a photocopy that I had to use I can be reasonably sure it originated with me. But thinking about it, for all I know Gutenberg nicked it from me first!
