Sadly, that sounds about right. I know so many people who have been at my paper (sales people, not reporters) for decades who are so fed up with all the cut backs that they're all looking for new jobs. Not to mention that the paper itself keeps getting smaller and smaller. They're cutting content along with everything else.

Thank goodness I'm on the digital side of the biz because I'm not part of the Union so the pay cuts and furloughs don't apply to me. I think I have the most secure job in that company.
