You are not the only person tempted to go see the movie based on the cheese factor, and I haven't even read the books.

I have, however, spent way too much time reading cleolinda's Twilight stuff, which has brought me to the realization that the more screwed up and creepy stalker Edward is revealed to be, the more I like him as a character.

My personal favorite is Robert Pattinson referring to having hated Edward until he realized he was a manic-depressive, self-loathing, century-old virgin.

I could cut out like 250 pages of the second book. seriously. unfortunately the movie is not so much about the other characters either. i cant wait for the 3rd and 4th books to become movies. i might not even go see the second movie.

My least favorite character is Bella. Then Edward.

I like Edward when he interacts with the Cullens. I read the first three books, and became addicted despite fact that they got worse and worse. There is fic out there, but MOST of it is crap. Some is good. I belong to some twilight slash comms, but don't really read them much.
