Don't worry about all the questions! They're fine.

I don't take concealed cash, but I do take money orders, which you can get with cash. You can get them at any bank or post offices. Some bank accounts come with free money orders... my parents' bank account does, and that's how I get my money orders.

The prices listed don't include shipping.
