I'll say it again; you do POVs very very well. And again, the characters were all linked - you could see Sam and Dean in all three kids, and the kids in Sam and Dean - but all obviously themselves. They had weaknesses, but all continue to be lovely; their weaknesses are there and a part of them, but don't make you hate the character or get mad at them, which I guess is a product of POVs of people who love each other. The younger boys are all also convincingly children, while not losing sight of the fact that they're far from your average kids. You break our hearts with images of them being ushered off to brush their teeth as well as you do with the image of clinging to shirts in fear of strangers

Dude, I love your reviews - you always manage to allay my worries about whether or not things I'm trying to express are working. So thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to articulate your thoughts. It really helps me to get a handle on how the story is being perceived from a reader's standpoint.
You hit the nail on the head re: Russ's psychic abilities. There will be more on that later, of course, but for now I'm glad that the vague foundation I was trying to set made some sense. <33
Oh god. Power Ranger boys. M'grinning like a loon now. ^_^
Oh, man! I'm so happy that scourgeofeurope mentioned that you updated in her journal; for whatever reason, LJ didn't send out its usual notification thing in my inbox. I would have had no way of knowing. :/ Funky.
That said, I loved it all, of course. :) Really loved this bit:
He looks like a prince surveying his kingdom after a long absence at war, taking note of everything that's changed and all that's remained as he left it, cataloging each detail...Such a cool sentence -- really brought the whole scene home for me. Helped me picture it, made it all really clear

Tiny Winchesters clearly just need to sleep with Big Winchesters all the time, as this is an amazing image that fills me with so much glee that I just want to key smash in delight.
Alec is such a protective little one and rightly so, considering his background. He's a Dean and Deans protect their families - which is unfortunate for Russ at the moment, but which will eventually work to his advantage once the bb learns that he's safe now and gives in to cuddles.
I love Sam and his teeny tiny clone. Lovely update, I really like where the story seems to be going. But poor Russ, he's so confused at Sam and Dean's intentions. It's going to be hard for Icarus to fit into the family when Ben and Alec are so close as deans and twins really.
So technically is Icarus Alec and Ben's little brother or their cousin?

And he is to Alec and Ben what Sammy is to Dean; so, a little brother. ^_^
