Probably my most favorite chapter yet. I really think you're doing a fabulous job, letting the characters and the plot evolve at a nice pace. Excited to meet Zia, to learn more about adorable Russ, to see how their family continues to adapt to one more Winchester. :D
Oh thank you! One thing I'm really trying to be careful with is the pacing - I don't want to give too much too soon, and yet I don't want to drag it out unnecessarily.
Feel so bad for Alec, being so scared of this little boy, knowing he was bred and built for the place that hurt them so much. But I'm glad he told Dean and Sam what's up and that they're doing everything they can to fix it.
Little Icarus is the cutest thing ever. I love how defined his personality is, too, different than Alec and Ben but still childlike. I love how Sam sees himself in him, too.
Alec just breaks my heart. He's so fiercely protective over what's his, much more so than any child should be. Thank goodness he has Dean and Sam to take care of the big stuff.
Mmm, as far as a Christmas story, probably not a separate one-shot or anything. They'll definitely approach the holiday season a little later on in the story, but the clones are tiny geniuses and not much for buying into the traditional xmas deceptions. But there will be family fun and presents, so yay!
Aww Russ! I just want to give him a hug, poor little guy! And I'm glad Alec finally told Dean and Sam what was bothering him about Russ.
I'm sure there more to be said about how awesome this story is and how awesome you are for writing but sadly my brain is fried from finals all week, lol. So seeing a new chapter was a great way to end a very stressful week! :D
