i like being in california. i get to go on hikes every day with the dog, and not pay rent, and there's always something interesting happening. the only downside is that all my friends here have jobs and school and whatnot, that keeps them all too busy. but i guess that's okay, cuz then i'll get more work done. but i am kind of lonely.
