But prom was a lot of fun. I thought our little limo-bus mishap was hilarious. Rolling into Maggiano's and the Fox was hysterical. I loved how everyone cheered when our bus passed by while we were leaving. But it was great. I was a little worried about it, what with not knowing my date too well, but it was so fun. So, tonight was our first softball game. It was such a gorgeous night, and our team did really well. We beat the white team 6 to 0. But I didn't actually do that much to help the team... still working on that whole batting thing. I do really enjoy softball though, in spite of my lack of athletic abilities. Spring break was really needed. I got a week to chill out and relax. So here's what went down....We went to Key Club Covention and discovered the monster that is the Coffee county Key Club (but they were nice, even though they took all the awards.). Well, I've made my decision. Next year I'm going to be a Bulldawg! I've decided that not going to Germany is the best thing, and I really wanted some closure on that whole situation. So I've sent in my commitment deposit and signed up to go to Dawg Camp, which is a week long program for freshman. The one I signed up for is about service in Athens. ( Read more... )

Today I went outside to play catch with my mom so I wouldn't make a complete fool of myself at softball practice, and I found a tennis ball to throw to my dog. Lucy wouldn't play with me. She's getting old and I don't like it.

I absolutely love nights like tonight. After church (where we saw the mini-preschool musical-so cute!), a bunch of us went to Ted's and ate. It was fabulous because we could just eat, relax, and talk. I love just being able to chill and hang out with great people. So today was the first day all week where I actually had to be at school on time. It was fantastic. I got to sleep in, enjoy a leisurely breakfast, and arrive at school around 9ish ( haha juniors!).
