I hate doctor's too... they scare the shit outta me... but taking care of yourself it so vitally important. Hope you're feeling better soon! Happy Holidays...

try uva ursi! it's a herb. you can get it from the health food store in pill or tincture form.
if your lower back starts hurting really bad, SEE A DOCTOR! that means your kidneys are infected & it could fuck you up for life.
