I can't believe our Seattle 1 year anniversary swooped by without me saying anything! Yes, as of August 5, we have lived in Seattle for 1 year! As of tomorrow, it's 13 months! So much has happened our first year here. I was hoping for a simple transitional year with just us focusing on adapting and living together in an entirely new atmosphere

Employment - I'm thankful you guys are safe in the ranks of the employed.
Passion - I used to cross stitch when I was in middle school. It's kind of like playing Tetris. You can't get the muscle memory and visions of stitches crossed out of your head.
Passion No. 2 - Can't wait.
Death - I'm sorry to hear about Dave's grandfather.
Birth - I'm glad you decided not to make the wedding a "no baby" affair for we probably wouldn't be able to come and it would be a bummer to not introduce you to Clara.
Pain. Then Health. - I'm so glad you're starting to feel better.
Friendship - It's good stuff when you can find and keep it. Like life, it has its ups and downs and can't always make it through to the end, but, when it's good it's really, really good.
