I just answered a telephone marketing survey about peanut butter. Not such a big thing in the grand scheme of things, and I've done this sort of thing before. Besides, a lot of the professional writers I've seen interviewed say they *have* to write, that they have so many ideas running around in their heads they have to get written down. That seems to be the case with a lot of you excellent fanfic writers, too. I, on the hand, don't. I can come up with a situation well enough for a prompt, but I can't easily imagine what happens next.
*shrug* It doesn't bother me to not write fic. I mean, I'm not frustrated or angsty or excessively negative about my skills. I just don't have the desire to write fic. I love reading and would far rather do that than write! *grin*
