I have budgeted myself £40 for miscellaneous items each month. GRAW2 comes out in March and it costs… £39.99. I hope I won’t need to buy any light bulbs that month :(

I get a cold and it feels like my brain is bunged up :(

I've started keeping track of everything I spend and budgeting. It really takes the fun out of eating junk food :(

Good news for me though- I went to the dentists this morning for the first time in at least a decade, and he said my teeth were fine :) I had some concerns that there would be problems that I should have dealt with years ago.

I can spend the night with one or two glasses of red wine- and that sees me through. I woke up this morning and realised (from my slightly dehydrated state) that I had cleaned off at least two thirds of a bottle in the Nursery Tavern last night. It was good giggles catching up with some of the other grads- if a little unwise on a school night :P

...Twelve red roses, a bottle of red wine and all the geek shops in Sheffield later, and I'm a happy lady.

Wow. I am so tired at the moment- all I can say is it's good job I do flexitime :)

I'm looking forward to gaming tomorrow. Between my live account playing up and gaming cancelled to Christmas (then courses away with work). I'm feeling a touch of the stir crazy!

If you want a bit of entertainment where I work, you just visit the canteen upstairs. Along the way you get to walk past the fourth floor balcony and admire the dramatic weather outside- and the smokers shivering in huddles. If you have a kid who you want to put off smoking, just shut them out there for five minutes :P

I get the feeling that not an awful lot of work is going to get done in the office today :P
