Try the hottest bath you can stand...that sometimes helps me. I wish I knew what to do...my CFS clamps down during a flare and I can't STOP sleeping.

NO NARKS. Bad bad bad!!! Can you get any weed?

Well we've tried the last couple days, no result.

It's the ONE thing that would help and I'd still be able to function but the laws just fucking suck.

I'm getting so tired waiting for them to review the med mj bill. It's in some retarded committee right now AFAIK.

*hugs* Keep all your achy parts very warm. I've found that pressure gloves such as arthritis sufferers wear can keep down the pain in your fingers. Also put only fresh fruit and veg in your body for a bit...like all today or something.

If I think of other coping tactics beyond lying in bed and bawling, I will let you know :P

Yeah it's warm in here, and I'm dressed warm but my body's still likey "hey! it's cold and raining outside!"

The problem with fresh fruit and veggies is those can cause issues with my ulcerative colitis. It's kinda in limbo for now.

I'm voting for lying in bed and bawling but I'm hoping for some relief later on.

Actually, I do know what it's like to experience chronic pain. Let me know if you ever want to talk about it. I'm going to bed now, but I hope that you feel some relief.

Well hey at least the bill is being introduced... the only reason for that is that a couple of the politicians here have something it could treat.

Thanks for the love, though. I appreciate it!

We're pretty much naturalists- no artificial additives or preservatives, we don't even use a microwave... we're really careful that way.

I think we have a downloaded copy of that book, well at least I know my husband's read it and he's pretty much been the one to change my eating habits.

Thank you dear for the well wishes. Even if we could move back to Erie we'd be better off. There it's not so bad.

A caring angel from Cali has sent well wishes our way and we're doing MUUUUUCH better :)

Oh hey what were your experiences in Butler?
