CSI - 9.03 - Art Imitates Life
Does Alex Kingston need to be in an episode of everything? Really? Obviously she was in ER, but also Without a Trace, Dr Who and now CSI. I find her really quite annoying most of the time.
I'm not sure on the new girl. She's either going to be my new love or drive me insane. She also looks really familiar but according to imdb I have never seen her in anything.
Why is Grissom (and Sara?)'s dog called Hank? Wasn't he Sara's cheating bastard ex?
My main thought - did they have too many CSI:NY plot lines and hand the spare to CSI? Cos the whole statue plot really felt, right from the start, like a CSI:NY plot. The style, the location, the lighting... even down to the fact it should have been Mac and Flack, not Grissom and Brass. Given that CSI:NY is the better flavour at the moment that's no bad thing, but it was unsettling!
