It’s props week! We get a pro routine! We get umbrellas! I’m a little overexcited…

Awesome! So much fun! Can’t they just make the whole show a pro routine??
Soggy pros. It’s no good covering the boys with umbrellas AFTER they’re soaked.
The Competition

Roxanne and Daniel - Dontcha (Pussycat Dolls)
Prop - Chair
[T] “I can’t do sexy moves!” You’re an actress Roxy!!! Way to lose yourself work.
“Never work with chairs and ice!” - good advice!
[S] She’s nearly fallen off already!
That was possibly her best routine yet. I was concerned about her ability to control the chair in training, but that was better than I expected!
[J][21] Yup, definitely her best!
Dan - “She did it for me.” Um, really? *raises eyebrow*
Oh Roxy, there was no need to bring up last week’s name issue.
Don’t make Dan take more of a role - they’ve only just got him not showing off and taking over!
Ray and Maria - Have You Met Miss Jones? (Robbie Williams?)
Prop - Hat
[T] I really hope he screws up with the hat!
Maria’s had the hat before with Gareth, right? Different hat though.
[S] Maria missed it. I’m blaming Ray’s poor throwing.
Am I the only one who finds it creepy when he paws his hands all over her?
That was technically good (though I thought I saw a stumble) but boring.
[J][26] Ha! Relatively low mark for him.
Catch the wind?! In the studio?? Philip also thinks that’s a stupid comment.
Ooooh, he did have an issue with the back crossover, I’m glad someone else noticed.
Karen it wasn’t faultless! Even Chris said that!
No Philip, we didn’t think he was fantastic!
LOL at Jason’s reaction to Phillip’s prop! It’s about time we had a genuine reaction from him!

[T] She’s embracing the prop - the first one who seems to be having fun with it.
[S] Heee, sprayed on sparkles! Much better outfit than the Bo Peep affair from the other week.

Yayayay that was great! Her landings weren’t the best but she was attached to Pav so it was fine.
I loved the “Mary Poppins” bit - so pretty!

[J][16.5] She’s just not progressing anymore.
They’re really not having as much fun with the props this year. Wally was fun, Hilary the hula was fun… only Jess has made even the slightest effort so far this year! They need to embrace the props, not spend all week cursing them.

I’m still waiting for someone to surpass Stefan’s Bojangles with the broom. It hasn’t been done yet.
That is a nastily purple, lumpy leg.
[S] I love this song, they better not wreck it!
The broom definitely works best with a cheeky personality
Best use of prop so far this year! That was cute and prettily performed and made good use of the prop. They were well matched in height for that too.

That was so much fun! The song helped, but that was fab!

My dream (but very unlikely) final would be Donal, Zoe and Jess with Zoe and Jess to do bolero.

The re-Skate
I thought this would be a non-stressful skate off week! I was wrong.
Roxanne and Daniel - Oh, that’s unflattering!
Pretty much the same as before but she ended up facing the wrong way and had to recover!
Zoe and Matt - Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease do it as well as before.
She hit him in the face with her hair!
Phew! Although it almost looked like Matt didn’t quite grab Zoe’s skate right at one point.
