No kidding! This guy is a nightmare.

I'll never understand people that are anti-birth control because they are afraid it promotes sex. Right or wrong, it's just plain unrealistic to expect kids to abstain until marriage. Policy makers need to consider how the world really is, not how they wish it would be.
