from Jodi Picoult's website
"Anna is not sick, but she might as well be. By age thirteen, she has undergone countless surgeries, transfusions, and shots so that her older sister, Kate, can somehow fight the leukemia that has plagued her since childhood. The product of preimplantation genetic diagnosis, Anna was conceived as a bone marrow match for Kate - a life and a role that she has never questioned… until now."

Is it sad that besides the star wars movies, I haven't seen any of those films? XD

My sis read speak, I saw the film. Kristin Stewart was great in it. :)

Thanks for the recs. Can you tell me a bit about the books?

star wars is EPIC lol
and i haven't seen the film version of speak yet, i didn't wanna ruin the book version lol but its good?! ill have to rent it then!
and the books...
the gunseller is by Hugh Laurie and its mind blowing how much of a genius that man is. i've read it twice. its a very witty mystery-esk novel...
and lullaby is quite the opposite. its a creepy story about an ancient bed time story that kills people if its read aloud... lol sounds odd i know but all chuck palahnuik's books are kinda insane. his writing is often described as "satirical horror stories" idk i thought it was really weird and intriguing

Hugh wrote a book? Cool, I totally didn't know. Shows the fan I am. XD

Hmmm, I really hate horror films, though I haven't really read any horror books. I'll give it shot though, sometime in the future.

Speak, for what I can remember, is a heartbreaking film. Its sad, sad, sad. Very well acted if I remember. IDK, its been about 2 yrs since I saw it. :)

Ah, 1984. I still haven't seen the film for that one yet. I've been meaning to since I read it last year. Man, I miss high school. :P

Nice movie list there. I've seen a few, but most I haven't. Thanks. :)

PS. You know you are talking to the #1 procrastinator in the world, right? XD
