Just got back from the doctors for step one of my very first L&I claim. Looking forward to a few months at leaste of wrist braces and weekly massage therapy. hopefully either my claim goes through or my insurance coverage begins in the next month, or else I just deal with this longer and get sent to collections again. it could be much worse, i know ( Read more... )

I'd fallen into the patterns of self doubt, lack of trust in myself and others, and need to have control over the world around me without having to focus on the world inside me.
