I love how they talk about themselves through Nikki and Rook, it feels so right that they should do that. I love that they've now found peace with what happened and can just be in love. Lovely final chapter. :)

First of all I second englishstrawbie. I really liked that they used Rook and Nikki to reveal their own feelings - since Castle is constantly doing that in his books. It just gives the fact that he's started writing again a deeper meaning too, because it means that he's finally ready to go on with his relationship with Kate.
I also liked that he hasn't forgiven her completely, but that he wants to be with her enough to get over his hurt.

This chapter is a really nice ending for the story - and a nice second beginning for Castle and Beckett.

Yay for forgiveness and acceptance! This story has been a rush of emotions and a great character study. I've had a blast reading it!

Can't help but agreee with everyone...befitting they would voice their emotions through Nikki and Rook, and come to an understanding through subtext.

What a perfect way to end this story; I loved how they chose their love over fear, pain, the past, betrayal, time, distance, "death", and whatever else starcrossed their path, simply because they care about one another so deeply. I think that is the soul of Castle and Beckett, and you captured it so beautifully in this story.

Like Alexis, I'm not too fond of endings, so sorry to see this one go...but if it means a new beginning to another one of your fics, I will surely be reading.
