i'm trying to diet. or..."make a lifestyle change" it is horrific, and worse, isolating, and worse, crazy expensive.
my grocery bills are as much as me AND the "Kick used to spend on both of us in half the time.

Hang in there honey. I understand all too well about how hard it is to change how you eat. It sometimes means changing how you live and that's hard as shit. HUGS!
