Hey Dee, You sound just like I did when my kids were both little; I remember days when I was lucky if I got to brush my teeth and hair. I know it's a cliche, but it's true that they grow up so quickly. Now, with Pearce and Caitlin at 14 and 18 years of age respestively, they are very independent, and, although this is a major accomplishment for parents to see their kids healthy, confident, and successful, it also means that they'll be moving on soon to lives of their own. Caitlin has decided to live at home a bit longer and go to our university in Kamloops thereby saving her money for a car and trips. Pearce is in grade 9 and already working at this first paid job, saving for a winter ski pass for our local ski hill. Anyway, reading your logs remind me a lot of our early years as a family while living in Gananoque. Keep smilin' Aunt B.
