Oh I am so jealous! I would have so been there. And another vote for Seattle. Then I can sneak up there, stay with the in-laws, and hit the restaurant wars too.

I love Carla so much. I liked her from the moment I saw her and she just grew on me.

Stefan will probably win but if she does, I will be so happy.

I was really worried that Stefan was going home last night, which is funny considering that he used to annoy me. But now he just seems so cute and funny and like such a chef that I just want to drink beer with him and eat his food and laugh at all the outlandishness that comes out of his mouth. And maybe watch him skin eels. Cause ... damn. And Carla's squab was delicious! Yippeee!

I think Restaurant Wars would be so much fun ... I just have to figure out how one actually gets in. Maybe I need to year to make some 'culinary connections'. Hee! :D

I love Top Chef. Right there with you on Carla and I've come to think Stefan isn't *so* bad, but I'd still prefer he not win. Fabio is just the cutest thing ever! :)

Folks are always blaming the editing monkeys for looking wenchy, and now I'm starting to believe. Because he really was amazingly annoying at the beginning, and now he isn't anymore. Now he's kinda cute and funny! Makes me wonder if they're trying to prepare us for him winning. Course, they could never make me root for Hung, and I don't remember them really trying.

And yes, Fabio is so beyond adorable! I love all his: "It's Top Chef, not Top ..." :D
