Find a nanny job. That's what I'm doing and it pays really well and it's pretty fun.

my cousin actually met his wife when she was an au pair in seattle.

being a nanny isn't really as common here. i'm sure it happens, but it's harder to find.

Yeah there are a lot of ritzy areas of Seattle where tons of families have a nanny. It's sweeeet. I get $13/hr.

i agree. they try to disguise it with the name "fitness and wellness ventures," but i know better.

I don't think there is anything worse than being forced to play tennis for a gym credit with a hardcore lesbian tennis pro and a class full of has-been tennis players looking to relive their high school days. And that's pretty much how all gym class sports go here. Unless you're a has-been. I'm not, though. You aren't either. Thankfully. Sucks for us.

all i know is that we have to count our steps with a pedometer and play some sort of outdoor sport. i'm not happy about this. i think i'm going to take it as a summer course. who would take gym in the summer, other than fellow students looking to avoid jocks?
