What to do, what to do...

So, the evil horrible job is done.  Only working one part time job is proving to be a wonderful stress relief.  However, I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my new-found free time.   A hobby would be fun.  Especially for nights like tonight, when my dear husband is stuck at work until 8ish... Take up juggling geese? I've heard that's popular in some places.

Goslings work best, since full grown geese tend to be hard to juggle. Just be sure to Wash them first.

You could always start Phil's hobby and take up regular blogging.

Other potential hobbies I've seen other people try:
Taking self defense courses
Learning to play an instrument
Drawing
Tennis (or some other sport)

Granted, most of those require spending some money as well, which you may be trying to avoid. Depending on what you do, however, you may not need to spend too much.

It's not so much a "hobby" as it is a great way to waste time while my code compiles.

I'd vote "instrument". Pawn shops have a wide selection available cheaply and I'm sure that your church always needs more musicians.
