OMG amazing! I'm so excited you posted a recipe and pic. How thick is the chowder?

mine is pretty thick - and surprisingly, too, since no thickening agents were used... although i opted for cream-style corn. i like chowder thick, and full of chunks - but you can add more liquid if you like it thinner.

No I LOVE it thick and chunky, just like you, but the last time I made some it was too thin, that's why I ask. This recipe will be most excellent then, I have no doubt. :)

Yum that looks and sounds damn good!:D
What is it like 40 WW points a bowl though, lol?

do you have the nutritional value of the recipe?

no, i dont, but i'm sure you can improvise and substitute things... veg broth, skim milk, diff cheeses, leaner smoky meat... i went full-fat with this because i was sick and craving my ultimate comfort food... mmm.

I made this last night and everyone loved it !
I replaced the ham with Applegate Farms turkey bacon cooked to crispy and i did use low sodium broth. I didn't have cheddar so i used gouda & gruyere . The boys 5 say this dish is a make again keeper. :D
