Happy news! Arrested Development has been picked up for a third season. Thank goodness. I am so happy.

I swear that one day soon I will actually sit down and watch Closer all the way through, without breaking for other activities. That movie came out at an interesting time for me. It was right before a lot of emotional upheaval, and I've watched ( Read more... )

Ha! I grew up in Somerville, right? I had the WORST accent ever. I was all "Summavill" this, "Meffa" that. Shameful. Then I moved to Haverhill when I was 13 and no one talked like that. So I made a conscious effort not to, so I would fit in. Thankfully it worked, heh. I'd honestly hate to still have the typical Boston accent.

Sounds like what I did when I moved up here. I had a bad Southern accent, and I got rid of it when I moved up here because everyone made fun of me and called me a hick.

...now it's coming back. Wah.
