Today is just about the busiest day ever. I have about ten things I need to have done before noon. Then I have training for the rest of the afternoon, topped off with a conference. Oddly enough I'm thankful for all the distractions

I read. A lot. And I lived in my imaginary world more than I did the real world. This probably explains my obsession with fandom and all of the fantasy fiction I write.
2. Tell me one thing about your high school years.
I had the most fun my senior year, when my boyfriend/fiancé was away at boot camp. This should have been a sign that I shouldn't have married him, but hindsight is 20/20. That year, my three best girlfriends and I were obsessed with the X-Files, and we discovered fanfic.
3. Tell me one thing about you now.
I'm happier with myself as who I am now than I ever have been. I chalk this up to realizing that I don't need to be in a relationship, and that I'm in college and actually doing something positive for myself.
4. If you could give me one piece of advice, what would it be?(dunno why I'm stuck on the relationship thing today) Don't ever think that you HAVE to be with someone. Don't ever sacrifice yourself for a lover. For the most part, it's just not worth it in the ( ... )

Sidenote, I'm still about three days away from being able to watch the finale of Lost. I'm catching up on TiVO. I just watched Hurley's episode last night with the numbers. SO GOOD. Guh.

My first cat, named TT, had a litter of kittens. And then she ate them. My dad took her "for a ride" and she was never seen again. I was two.

I missed 42 days of my senior year. I still graduated in the top 20 of my class (out of 342).

I have a hickey on my neck that everyone thinks is a rash, and thus they are looking at me like I have the plague.

2. I was quite heavy, shy and introverted. I had no friends at all.
