To make great coffee:

Grind beans just before brewing. Depending on what machine you use, the coarness of the grind varies. [espresso machines should be fine for ex.]

Measure two tbsp. of ground coffee to six ounces of water. Use fresh, filtered, cold water.

once upon a time we did. the one that comes out at the speaker by the elevator. it's gone now, I don't know why.
