drove with the grandfolks up to maryland for my cousin caitlin's university graduation. we stopped at a microtel in south carolina, had a beer, watched some interweb tv, and ate apple slices with peanut butter.

Oh man. Seeing the Temple rising over the treeline takes me back a decade. I used to see it all the time when driving back into the city from Virginia. Talk about the power of photographs to take us back through time. Major nostalgia going on.
