This must be heart breaking,and what i say may not help .But for me to know that God is in controll of EVERYTHING always gives me peace.
Just have patience...wait patently for the next thing to happen.Though you may not get the answer you want from her parents ,that doesnt mean its for the worse.Gods will is always better then what we thing is best.

hey bro my suggestion is to give the mom some space and let her talk to her parents about it cause no one is gonna be able to really convince them of anything other then her. if you try to impart any judgement on them right now its gonna make things worse.
