-PhD (Applied Linguistics), MA, DipED, BA
Dr Carmel Heah holds a PhD in applied linguistics. She is
also an assistant professor in communication skills at an
established university. Dr Heah has previously taught
business writing and professional communication skills at
colleges and universities. She has over 15 years' experience
in developing communication training programmes for
various professions. She is the author of several English
language textbooks and the widely used grammar book
entitled "Common Errors in English".
