I've got an itch to scratch, I need assistance!

I went to bed at 6:00 on Sunday evening and didn't wake up until over 14 hours later. I felt so sick. My head hurt, I felt incredibly dizzy, and my stomach was killing me. NO NO NO Beth, you are a real girl and when you spend time doing your hair and stuff you do look very pretty, so stop being so hard on yourself, that is something i learned from you :) So if I am going to start to be nice to myself you better do the same. ok? good.

haha sean well at least thanks for admitting that i look ugly whenever i don't bother with my hair, which is about 99% of the time. :) I like it better when people are honest.
