...is knowing half the battle? I do not feel any better for finally knowing why I've been so violently ill whenever I eat for so long. I apparently have a hiatal hernia. Am being referred to a gastroenterologist. Sounds like surgery is in my future. I lose at life

Bleh. My mom [the evil bitch] has this. Spicy food and salad are her enemies, but she still eats salad like every day... or she did while she was still under my supervision. She had surgury for some kind of hernia... not sure if it was her hiatal thing. they put a mesh screen in her. Dunno if that helped or not. She has a problem with getting excited when she eats. That triggers it for her more than the type of food.

But no tea and not being able to sing. Will you cease to be yourself? noooes!
