Well, D managed to get my computer to turn on, so I backed everything up. Unfortunately, despite having run various Spybot-type programs, there is still some Spyware on there. But not on D's area (I've got XP so D has an area as well as me), just on mine. He's going to a computer fair tomorrow, so maybe he'll be able to get something to get rid ( Read more... ) -

Have managed to bugger up my computer. You know when you get those grey boxes that come up, saying 'This website needs this software to work. Download it now, it's safe! Really!'? I have just realised that on Monday I will have exactly 10 weeks until my exams start. TEN WEEKS! That is Not Long. In fact, that is A Very Short Amount Of Time Indeed.

We finished karate a bit early tonight, so D wasn't there to pick us all up. Two twippish guys were across the road eating what looked like fish and chips, and yelled something like, 'I do karate! Have just discovered that the Oscars start at 1.30 am (well, the red carpet bit starts at 11 pm). Hmph. I have to stay up till 10.30 anyway, as I put my swimming stuff in the wash and it finishes then and I need to sort it out so it's dry for tomorrow.
