Some of the features--mood theme management/creation, recent comments--that I use periodically are very hard to find in the current browsing options. It would be nice if they would be easily available. The SietMap doesn't even help with finding these features.

I use the default one with all the white space and blue because that's what was standard when I started. I tried the other one because of the last poll, but I think this one a lot better.

I would try a new one to see how it was..

Question 4 for confused Dystopia users:

Manage Entries == Edit Entries
Manage Info == Personal Info (edit info)
Manage Friends == http://www.livejournal.com/friends/ (not on Dystopia linkbar)

And I think most of the others are clear...

For page navigation, I like...
having only the most common links available and the rest tucked away somewhere
If you hadn't had the "other, I'll comment" option, I'd have chosen this. However, it could be way better than any of the current possibilities or way worse than any of the current possibilities, depending on the selection of "common links".

Personally, I'd like to be able to choose which links appear for me. I'd also like to choose which side of the screen they appear on (left or right for a longer list, maybe top or bottom for a short list -- or top and bottom, so you have them available when you first look at a page and also when you finish reading a page).

This is exactly the comment I was going to leave. Since it's already been said, I second this.

I am also in favor of customizable links and layout.

I'm for this, too.
