Does a class rank of 16/500 count?

Huh! So being valedictorian actually is worth something! :P

Though being that I am 13 of 25 valedictorians for my class, I don't know if it's really that special....

But that's how it should be!!!! There should only be one valedictorian for every class!!! Not upwards of twenty! My school has neve had less than 20 vales in a single year and neither has any of the other public schools in my city. It's absolutely ridiculous! Though next years graduating class has much stricter guidlines fo valdeictorians, so hopefully that will cut down on those who achieve the status by a decent amount. I especially hate the fact that their are 10 honors and regular students who are valedictorians and ranked the same as me when I have spent my entire high school career taking AP classes. They don't deserve to be valedictorians >___<

*end rant*

.....Sorry, I get really riled up about the subject >>

I'm a career journalist, sadly blogs about teens or adult LiveJournals are of little news value to the Coast Guard.

There are less chances to spin the OMG DANGERS OF THE INTERNET ADULTS PREYING ON KIDS when they talk about middle-aged moms who like to use LJ. ;)
