This is the tricky part; it's not the itemid that shows up in the URL. The easiest way to get it is from semagic or another client; just hit edit last entry and copy the item id from there.

This is pretty neat... kind of like a reverse stalker, hehe. Stalking the stalkers... I like it! I'm definitely a newbie to all of this, though, so I'm a little confused. What steps would one take to do this on their own journal? I understand the whole img src thing, but how do you get the information to show up in the entry?

I guess the answer is that I have to change some things in the code you gave.. I'm just not sure what to change other than the username, password, and entry number (judging from the comment before mine).

Hm. Sorry if I sound like an idiot, lol... I'm trying to learn. :)

Not bad. The image thing (previously mentioned in this discussion) has been done to death everywhere though.

I'm very interested in this. I know NOTHING about xml or servers or anything. I don't know where to put the script, where to upload it and how to make it refer back to an image. Ooooh I want, I want.
