http://www.livejournal.com/users/[username]/tag/ in fact. The 'community' in the link above won't work for individual LJs.

I get "This page does not have an implementation" when I do it for my LJ? What does that mean?

Your theme is tag-aware but somehow hasn't set up the tag index page. Are you using an old S1 theme maybe?

I would've spelled it "tags".
