If there were more posts on a day than they could see, they might make guesses about what they couldn't see and why they couldn't see it. I second the LJ-Cut request.

Also, people should be aware that this sort of fix can easily be got around by appending ?style=mine to the URL, so it shouldn't be relied upon as foolproof to hide the number of entries.

But security by obscurity is awesome and always works the way you expect it to! *eyeroll*

In this case, the little bit of obscurity will possibly discourage a casual observer. It won't stop a motivated stalker.

Yeah, LJ security is essentially "by request". That's why so many of the intended, but lesser known, features have fun security holes.

Seriously tho, it's good that someone did this, LJ security is awful, you should try to get this intergrated.

Kudos!

You don't need to learn S2 for it. Just copy and paste it into the bottom of your layer and hit the compile button up top.

Open your layer and put it at the bottom. I'll add an update to the post when I'm at a real computer in the morning instead of just my cellphone (as I am now).

I'll wait for the update so I'm less confused. Thanks.

I honestly don't see anything that says 'This is a layer, put stuff here'. Not even in my styles is anything labelled a layer.
