I've made an independent tool to find most popular users among your friends which are not your friends. You can consider this kind of users as good candidates to be included in your friend's lists since they are valued by your friends. This is a delightful tool I had been thinking about coding myself but you've done a much better job than I could possibly do with my rusty PHP knowledge.

I've got one suggestion, though: have the results table available in a format that can easily be copied into an LJ entry. It'll spread like wildfire.

Thanks for the suggestion. The table is there in textarea and can be easily exported via Copy and Paste. I'm not that optimistic about the spreading but I'm quite sure somebody will find it useful.
