I just created new free service.
You can put small icon in the corner of your userpic (see my).
For now I added: flags, smiles and some other icons.
Try it here.
Upd:Added few new categories.

That's awesome.

However, I have one small request. Would it be possible to change the corner? As shown below, Denmark's flag covers my mouth. :-P

Would it be possible to change the corner?

All you have to do is save the flag file, open up your icon in MS Paint, paste it in whatever corner you want, and then save your icon as a .png .
