Wow, so a week became a month, and a month became two months. Ooops? :)

A few months ago, I posted to this community to see who's interested in taking over as a maintainer. The community is incredibly low volume -- only about four entries sent to the moderation queue in the past two months -- that I think we'll be fine with just one maintainer

I don't know these people either, but nikolasco seems to have the best mix of dorky interests, so s/he's got my vote.

Check the comments of the post that's linked in the second paragraph (of this post). The candidates wrote about why they wanted the position, and what their qualifications are.

Ha! I was wondering when this would come about; I feel like I should be making a speech, but I have the feeling that it would NOT be in my best interests ;]

I thought about sayin' somethin' too. But in the end I figured people would go review the previous related post to check-out what the 'candidates' had to say.

In the end I don't think it'll help much. Though I'm not sure it'd hurt. :)
