I just use the script here to e-mail new entries (pub/friend) to your phone. The other notifications I would assume could be e-mailed to you anyhow if you set your phones e-mail as the e-mail account for el jay, if your interested in that.

I'd suggest unlimited text plan with your cell provider depending on the size of your flist.

I want to point out that the RSS feed only displays public entries. I will not contain private/friends-only protected posts. Unless you log-in, and then request the rss feed. I'm not sure if any of the services you listed require a username or password, but I'm leary of giving other sites my password.

You'd need to give the remote service a copy of that authorization, though!

Hey Jamie
Thanks for the mention.
You can also grab the ZapTXT bookmarklet (found at http://zaptxt.com/home/widgets) and add it to your browser. This way whenever you stumble on a LJ page that you want to monitor, just click on the bookmarklet and the feed will pass directly into ZapTXT for you to filter and choose a delivery mechanism (IM, Skype, Email or Mobile. And we support LJTalk as well.

Cheers, Sameer
