Oh, uh, is the layout dependent on what your friends page (or the person's journal you're looking at) layout is? This isn't too clear.

It's a greasemonkey script, so that would mean it'll run on whatever you are using it for. I take it that this was made with the friends page in mind.

Then what does it mean that it'll only work with A Sturdy Gesture/Expressive? Wouldn't that be irrelevant?

If you are using Expressive, it'll work on your friends page, and on another journal using Expressive, unless it's been written for friends pages only.

Very cool! I couldn't get it to work for Smooth Sailing, so that's one reason I'm changing my layout to Flexible Squares, because I was able to edit it:

Can I ask you a question? sunshinenova October 2 2007, 01:18:38 UTC
Can you still access a lj that is private without being on a friends list? There is this one I want to just read and be stelth. I saw where you had a little back door of some kind but am not skilled at all.

You want to read someone else's friends-locked entries without their authorization?

No. No, you cannot do that.

I found this through a google search and some other livejournal users who linked here.

Will this work on the recent entries page? and is it possible to edit out all tags so that I can view untagged entries?

I'll be giving it a try to see if it works myself but if you have any ideas or suggestions let me know. Thanks for providing this.
