I haven't posted here in a while about MultiLJ, as I wanted to get some of its kinks out before announcing again. But I've posted a new version of the client on the download page (accessible from the multilj community) now that some major changes have been made

I think that's pretty much a 'no'. I use xjournal on my Mac, myself.

Still looking for a multi-service client for mac. I know, I know, but if no one keep pestering it will never happen! ;)

I think ijournal can post to Deadjournal,Insanejournal, etc, but it's been a while since I used it and I've never used the LJ clones, just LJ. If all you want is DJ, phoenix_lj has a DJ variant.

If you want to post to Blogger, Wordpress, etc, you want to look at stuff like MarsEdit orEcto - look at iusethis for a lot of similar tools. Most of 'em have basic LJ support, though they don't grok things like user pictures, multiple security levels, and so on.
