I think that's pretty much a 'no'. I use xjournal on my Mac, myself.

If you want to post to Blogger, Wordpress, etc, you want to look at stuff like MarsEdit orEcto - look at iusethis for a lot of similar tools. Most of 'em have basic LJ support, though they don't grok things like user pictures, multiple security levels, and so on.
