The time has arrived for release #31, the list of changes is below:

1. New abuse team policy (from release r30.1)
   
2. OpenID users with verified e-mails can comment in journals where "registered users only" commenting policy is in effect
3. The "my music" attribute in posts can be filled with Last.FM scrobbler data
4. Access to journal can be restored via secret question/answer
5. Users can freely subscribe to/unsubscribe from Cyrillic services (former SUP opt-in/out)
6. For Cyrillic users, a new type of account ("Sponsored") is launched
7. Assorted bug fixes: positioning and the number of lines "no messages" in inbox; description of the charity V-Gifts section for logged-out users; error in Abuse/DMCA perjury statement box
8. New V-Gifts: Purple Rhino (charity); EURO 2008
   
9. Photobucket posting from the rich text editor works
10. A "Random Journal" link has been added to the control strip
